Web Optimization Services

Website optimization means a lot of different things to different people depending upon their goals for the website. Because our company specializes in websites for local businesses, the goals for each website are pretty consistent from client to client, allowing us to effectively apply our skills and knowledge to optimize web performance for a variety of websites.

The first step is for us to determine  your present performance level. The factors include Google Page Rank, applicability of meta tags, following rules and protocols of search engines, applicability of content in terms of placement and visual retention, linking performance, site maps, registration of URL's in primary places, buying links in certain directories, determining placement in search engine results for key logical queries determined by us and the client, web statistics, and other strategies.

From the results of the step 1 evaluation, we can make recommendations for any changes required to correct and/or improve your website's web performance.

Having "improved" the website, we then wait for a couple of indexing cycles to occur, then we re-measure the factors noted in step1, looking for improvement un all variable performance factors. Built into the process, is a second run-through of our evaluation based uon the results obtained from the first run-through.

Now we could have expanded this page into several pages, and we could have detailed out many of the factors noted, but we believe that if a business owner is interested in improving their website, that must indicate dissatisfaction with the present results. We therefore keep the process simple. You call us, and we go over the details on this page over the telephone. Once we make it clear to you what we will do, we invoice  50% of the basic total, and start the process. It will take about a week, and we will send you a letter, detailing our recommendations.

The final step is that we invoice you for the balance of the basic total. That's all. Call us at 281-251-6640.

PS  I used the phrase "of the total basic cost". This is the absolute total cost, but a number of clients have asked us to make the design changes and to host their websites. This work is done by our company also, so if we are asked to do these other tasks, then the total cost becomes the basic cost plus the other services requested.
