Vice President Photo Op!
Vice president jokes about former administration during a fundraising dinner when he responded to a suggestion that President Bush leaned heavily on Vice President Cheney for guidance. (Except in your case Joe, why do you think we have a Vice-President?)

Does anyone wonder why we cannot get along with each other, when a sitting vice president, the gaffemaster, encourages less civility by mocking the previous administration.
This was not a "roast", where the object of mocking was present. This is just a direct insult to the previous administration, that for all your derisive comments, looks smarter and smarter compared to you and Alfred E. Newman.

Hey Joe, this is our job- to mock you and Obama for what you do. We are allowed to compare you to Forrest Gump, and other  people and animals. And we can mock you and  Obama as being the dumbest duo since Lloyd and Harry.

I am sure that political satire has been around for centuries, but even in bygone days, I would suspect most satire was based upon issues. You were not elected to have fun. You were elected to represent all the citizens of the United States, and to follow the requirements of the Constitution. You took an oath to do this. Don't forget it.

Or is it that you have no arguments to make relative to issues. Therefore, the personal attacks. What if we followed your logic.

" If you are inclined to force sex on subordinates, vote for Bubba"
" If you are a compulsive liar, vote for Obama"
" If you want a dunce as second in command, vote for Biden"
