We are saving this presentation, as the issue has not been suitably resolved. The White House has avoided direct and truthful responses to too many issues beyond this issue. We don't know the truth of the matter, but it is troublesome that they are sending lawyers out to fight Philip Berg's legal petitions via the court system. We just don't have any faith in getting to the absolute truth when dealing with a liberal biased media and the shifting accounts by the White House on too many issues.
	FPOTUS STILL ON THE RUN If Ferdinand Waldo Demara Jr. and Tony Curtis can produce valid US Birth Certificates, why can't Barack Hussein Obama?

This issue will never go away until Obama provides a legal copy of his birth certificate. To date he has a team of lawyers fighting in multiple states against him having to produce such a document. He promised to supply a copy of his birth certificate right after the election, which he has failed to do, and lastly his supporters have offered an Internet true or false site access to the fake document that is on his website (we had that on this website earlier), which proves nothing other than his fake, altered certificate of live birth (not a legal birth certificate).

Therefore, until proven otherwise, Obama is not the legal POTUS. He remains the FPOTUS
until further notice. Thanks to the biased media for allowing this to happen. Fortunately, many of the media will be sharing the unemployment lines created by FPOTUS, as their newspapers and magazines rush towards bankruptcy.

FPOTUS has still not released:

Obama released just one brief document detailing his personal health. Protocol is to release complete medical records.

Obama refused to offer his official papers as a state legislator in Illinois. Nor did he produce correspondence, such as his schedules of appointments or letters from lobbyists, from his days in the Illinois state Senate.

Obama did not release his client list as an attorney or his billing records. He maintained that he performed only a few hours of legal work for a nonprofit organization with ties to Tony Rezko, the Chicago businessman convicted of fraud in June 2008 but did not release billing records that would prove this assertion.

Obama ignored requests for his records from Occidental College, where he studied for two years before transferring to Columbia

Obama’s refused to give Columbia, where he earned an undergraduate degree in political science, permission to release his transcripts. Protocol is to release complete records

Obama refused to release of his application to the Illinois State Bar, which would have cleared up intermittent allegations that his application was inaccurate.

Obama did not release records from his time at Harvard Law School

During the presidential campaign, McCain’s campaign released a full list of all online donors. Obama’s campaign refused to release the names of those who donated at least one-third of the $750 million he raised.

What Has FPOTUS Released?

The first Executive Order signed by Obama BANS the release of any records he sees fit to ban. This includes his birth certificate, school records, and anything else he decides to hide from the public. Read it for yourself.

Does this prove anything? Along with all the previous and current inquiries into this subject, it certainly doesn't
add any clarity, but it is sufficient to ask " What are you hiding?" Don't you think this question will come
over and over for the 2012 election? And if you produce it then, why not now. Does it take years to forge
a birth certificate?

On the O'Reilly Factor, Tuesday July 29, 2009, Bill O'Reilly stated that his staff called the Hawaii Government offices and got a copy of Obama's birth certificate, and he got copies of Obama's birth announcements in a Hawaiian newspaper from 1961. It is amazing how O'Reilly can get information with a phone call that has been denied by Federal courts in the cases brought by Phillip Berg, where Obama lawyers have spent millions of dollars fighting Berg's efforts. I am inclined to think that O'Reilly has fallen for the Certificate of Live Birth scam used by Obama on their campaign website. Things just don't add up, and O'Reilly loses his credibility by being so superficial with such an important subject. Where is the mainstream media? If someone has a real birth certificate, subject it to public scrutiny and testing. We all know that faking documents, paper or computer files, is not difficult in this digital age.

Obama a Lame Duck?

The talk has started that Obama is the earliest "lame duck" president in history. Seven months into his term, he has proven to be a befuddled, arrogant puff pastry, popular still with those dependent on government for their livelihood, but totally out of step with the majority of the American tax paying citizens. His inability to transition from populist rhetoric, to meaningful, achievable legislation is profound. Polls: 'Strong Disapproval' of Obama Growing

More Americans now "strongly disapprove" of Barack Obama's performance as president than "strongly approve," according to the most recent Rasmussen poll.

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 33 percent of respondents "strongly approve" of Obama's performance on the job so far, but 34 percent "strongly disapprove."

Overall, 45 percent of voters disapprove, while 54 percent say they at least somewhat approve.

Obama fares better in the latest Gallup poll, which found that 33 percent of respondents disapprove of his job performance and 58 percent approve. But 58 percent is a new low — since taking office in January, his approval rating has averaged 63 percent, according to Gallup.

Gallup speculates that several factors could be behind Obama's plunging ratings: the administration's deficit spending; public concerns about the cost of Obama's healthcare reform plan; and his cautious response to the election protests in Iran.

In the Rasmussen poll, the percentage of voters who blame George Bush for the country's economic ills is down eight points from a month ago, to 54 percent, while 39 percent say the country's economic problems are a result of Obama's policies. "A growing number say it's Obama's economy now," Rasmussen observed.

Other Rasmussen poll findings include:

Only 46 percent of respondents think Obama is doing an excellent or good job with the economy.

Just 30 percent say they trust Obama to handle the economic crisis.

60 percent of voters now trust their own judgment on economic issues more than the president's.

51 percent of voters favor an across-the-board tax cut for all Americans to stimulate the economy.

45 percent of voters trust the Republicans more to handle the economy, while 39 percent trust the Democrats more.

Half of those polled agree that the economy is getting worse, and only 25 percent think it is getting better.

A majority of those polled, 56 percent, have an unfavorable view of Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and 34 percent have a favorable view. Just 27 percent have a favorable view of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.

But slightly more respondents have a favorable view of Republican Minority Leader Mitch McConnell than unfavorable.

What these Amendments say is that the federal government uses subterfuge to enable them to dictate
laws they are neither authorized to make or authorized to enforce, and in essense, they can dictate that the states
do whatever they dictate, which is totally the opposite of the intent of the founders of our country.

Rush: Supreme Court Rules Sotomayor a Racist

Conservative talk-show host Rush Limbaugh lashed out at high court nominee Judge Sonia Sotomayor Monday, describing her as a "racist at heart" after the Supreme Court reversed a decision she endorsed involving white firefighters who were denied promotions because of their race.

The ruling has the potential to become a landmark decision: It could alter employment practices nationwide and make it harder to prove discrimination when there is no evidence it was intentional.

The court ruled in a 5-4 decision that the city of New Haven, Conn., was wrong to scrap a promotion exam because no blacks and only two Hispanic firefighters were likely to be made lieutenants or captains based on the results. The city said it had acted to avoid a lawsuit from minorities.

“She ruled on the basis of just a racist belief that minorities should always be found in favor of simply because they're minorities, pure and simple regardless the merits of any particular case,” Limbaugh said, referring to Sotomayor’s ruling with two other judges on the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals who upheld a lower court ruling in favor of New Haven. “That's who Obama has nominated.”

Limbaugh said Sotomayor was particularly flawed because she illustrated what critics have called President Barack Obama’s “empathy” standard: a professed inclination to nominate jurists who can empathize with plaintiffs regardless of what the law itself states.

“But, see, this gets to the whole point of Sotomayor. Obama has said, 'Well, we need people with empathy.' No, we don't! We got Judge Sotomayor and her other colleagues in this court... Don't forget that she was reprimanded by one of them, Jose Cabreras, for not even looking into the constitutional issues of this. The libs today, the state-run media, is trying to say, 'It wasn't Sotomayor. She never wrote anything. It was a whole panel of the Second Circuit.'

”That's the whole point. Nobody wrote one,” Limbaugh pointed out. “And Jose Cabreras said, 'This case is a constitutional case and you didn't even deal with that. It was horribly done.'"

Limbaugh then quoted Justice Samuel Alito, who wrote the majority decision: "The dissent grants that petitioners' situation is 'unfortunate' and that they 'understandably attract this Court's sympathy.'"

“But you see 'sympathy' is not what people who go before courts want,” Limbaugh explained. “They want access to the law. They want access to justice. They do not want sympathy. So what we have here is that Sotomayor and her gang and then Justice Ginsburg said that the "petitioners' situation" meaning the white firefighters "is 'unfortunate' and that they 'understandably attract this court's sympathy.'"

Limbaugh then slammed what he described as the mainstream media’s obsession with Sotomayor’s humble upbringing and ethnic heritage at the expense of what he described as her poor intellect.

“Let me just tell you, folks: In a contest of intellectuals between Sotomayor and Scalia, they would cancel the game before it began or they'd have to spot her 50 or 75 IQ points,” Limbaugh said. “If they played the game the way we do high school or Pop Warner football — you know, youth league football — where the good teams get penalized for being good.”

He then linked her own admittedly poor test scores to the case of the firefighters who were passed over to elevate minorities to supervisory positions.

“She (Sotomayor) said that her college and SAT and LSAT scores were nowhere near as good as her classmates' at Princeton and in law school, she said because the tests were culturally biased, and she said that everybody knows that,” Limbaugh said. “I guess they must be biased against people who grow up in the Bronx with a hardworking educated nurse mother, we got the sob story about how hard her mother worked to put her through school and gave up everything, all these conservative values she cited that got her where she went, and then she says, hey, you know, my own test I didn't do well because they were cultural biased and so I'm sure she's racist at heart. I mean there's no other way to put this. It is what it is. And political correctness be damned, I'm not going to shy away from it.

More questions about Obama's birth certificate. He just feeds the conspiracy theorists by stonewalling questions that are easily answered.
Does anyone think he will ever answer any question about this subject? There is a cottage industry emerging
to fuel this issue like the JFK assassination. Regardless, it is interesting to follow.

I have little interest in getting into the middle of the Obama birth
issue, but yesterday Paul H. did so and he believes
the issue can be resolved by having Obama answer a few simple questions:

How could a young man arrive in New York in early June 1981 without
the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly, only one month
later, find the money for an around-the-world trip?

And, once he was on a plane, shuttling between
New York , Jakarta , and Karachi , what passport
was he carrying when he passed through U.S. Customs and Immigration?

The ongoing debate over Obama's citizenship
can now become a very short and simple one.

Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?
A : Yes, by his own admission.

Q: What passport did he travel with?
A: There are only three possibilities.
1) He traveled with a U.S. Passport,
2) He traveled with a British passport,
3) He traveled with an Indonesian passport.

Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled on a U.S. passport in 1981?
A: No, it is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department's
"no travel" list in 1981.

Conclusion:

When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981, he was traveling on either a
British or an Indonesian passport.

If he were traveling on a British passport, that
would be proof that he was born in Kenya on
August 4, 1961, and not in Hawaii as he claims.

And, if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport, that would
imply that he relinquished whichever citizenship he had held, British
or American, prior to being adopted in 196 by his Indonesian step-father .

Whatever the truth of this matter, the American people need to know
how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008..

Americans are curious people. This is probably the simplest request ever made via the Freedom of Information Act,
yet they continue to stonewall legitimate requests through FOIA, and the courts. Why?

Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them.

Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?

Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don't propose a federal budget. The president does.

You and I don't have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of representatives does.

You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.

You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.

You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices, 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-picking thing. I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash.

The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.

What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits. The president can only propose a budget.. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House? Nancy Pelosi. She is the leader of the majority party. She and fellow House members, not the president, can approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million cannot replace 545 people who stand convicted -- by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can't think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red.

If the Army & Marines are in IRAQ , it's because they want them in IRAQ .

If they do not receive social security, but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's
because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like "the economy," "inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.

They, and they alone, have the power.

They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses. Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees.

We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

Obama's Fishy Information/Enemies List
Once again, for the record, we are not enemies of government or Obama- We just don't agree with them , and we are exercising our rights under the Constitution. We want them to succeed in restoring the vitality of our economy, cut the waste and fraud out of government and the medical system, provide medical insurance for all CITIZENS, control our borders, deny societal benefits and amnesty to illegal aliens, stopping stupidity in government, get community organizer organizations back into their communities and out of political fraud activities, etc.

No wonder Obama is smoking more. Paranoia has set in. The White House has created an enemies list, and is keeping track of anyone disagreeing with them, and speaking out against their agenda. It has gotten so bad, that John Cornyn has written a letter to Obama telling him to stop it.

"Dear President Obama,
I write to express my concern about a new White House program to monitor American citizens’ speech opposing your health care policies, and to seek your assurances that this program is being carried out in a manner consistent with the First Amendment and America’s tradition of free speech and public discourse." I guess this website qualifies to be on their enemies list. I don't think of us as enemies of America, but as enemies people that are not working in the best interests of the American people and the American way of life. It is easy to say words like "change" or "reform", but let's not forget difference between rhetoric and substance. Let's see some positive substance, less rhetoric, and putting people back to work as the
#1 item on the agenda. Stop the reckless spending, the lying, and start putting America first.

Turn in your fellow citizens that don't agree with Obama.or you can take the opportunity to tell them what you think of Obama and his insane spending, taxes, debt, and anything else they whine about, as they ruin the lives of many people.

Whatever "fishy" information exists, it is mostly their own fault by insisting that legislation be approved without reading, and rushing things through congress for no apparent reasons other than to prohibit thoughtful review and analysis, and get feedback from American citizens. Obama sprinkles absolute lies saying illegal aliens will not be covered, while he endorses amnesty to cover his lies, and all versions being considered include covering non-citizens. He also does not require that politicians cannot be exempted from the proposed plans, and the list goes on. If not for the Internet, their loony health care government empire would be rammed down the throats of us all, and with the biased press, it is unlikely we would know anything about it.

PS As of today, August 17, 2009 , they claim it was a third party that sent the emails. We should believe that from the mouths of an administration that has yet to be honest with the American people on most subjects that they have handled, and failed to deliver the right answer. Good luck on this one.
