Thinking Out Loud

 * The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) Report says that it will cost each American household on average, an additional   $170/per year in increased fuel costs to heat/cool their home.

* The CBO also states that it will cost an additional $770/year per household to generate the same amount of energy for presently used by the  average household.  This average household will pay only an additional  $170/year out of the additional cost of  $770 This leaves a gap of $600/year un-accounted for by the CBO analysis.

*  There are about 100 million households in the US.

WHO IS GOING TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL $600/year times 100, 000,000 households?????

* From their own words, there is a simple fact that they are not telling you. If we assume their numbers to be true, and there is no consensus that they are true, our country would have an additional cost for energy of 100,000,000 times $600 each year that must be gotten from someplace. That is $60 billion per year that has to be raised, in order to distribute to the households that need subsidies to achieve the $170/year average. To obtain this money, the federal government will raise taxes-their only source of income.
